Okay, but not great

Firstly, I loved the image when I saw this puzzle on he website. The colours, the water, the stars, etc. The puzzle itself was a bit of a let down. It came in a tiny puzzle box, which is never my favourite, as it means the reference image is also tiny (the reference image was 19cm x 14cm in this case). The image on the puzzle itself was also fairly pixelated, which was a little annoying. Looking at the completed puzzle now, I honestly cannot tell if that was on purpose or not, since the borders on the left and right are not pixelated at all, so it doesn't seem to be a case of trying to blow up the image to fit a larger puzzle? My main gripe with this puzzle was the fact that a lot of pieces seemed to fit where they were not supposed to go. I struggled putting the edge together, very confused when I had extra pieces left over, even though what I had put together looked correct. I finally took a section apart again and was able to fit in the extra pieces. I had a similar issue throughout the puzzle. A little frustrating and reduced my enjoyment. I won't gravitate to this puzzle brand again.
