Orders are dispatched within 1-3 Working Days
In-store collection is FREE and your order will be available within 5 to 10 business days for collection. The store you have selected will contact you once they receive your order.
Please take note that we will only hold your order for a period of 1 MONTH at your selected store. If you haven't collected after 1 month it will be returned to head office and your account will be credited with the amount of your order.
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:
- Up to 3 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from the supplier.
- Up to 5 working days for more remote regional areas.

Delivery confirmation & tracking
Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by their couriers, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.
Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Parcel not Collected in Time.
You will have 8 days after your receive your notification to collect your order from your chosen collection point. If you do not, the order will be returned to us. We will reschedule the shipping. Please note that you will need to pay the delivery fee again before the parcel is re-shipped to you.
We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Dispatch Date provided to you in the checkout process.
If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email..
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout

It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email.
Items can be returned to us after your order has been delivered by following our return process, as long as your order falls within our Return Policy.

No, unfortunately if you purchase a gift card on our online website you cannot redeem it instore and visa versa.
We provide all the available product information that we have every product page. You’ll find all the important details under 'Description' on each product page.
All out of stock items will be replenished as soon as more stock is available to us.
You can check back on the product page to see if the item you have your eye on is available again.
We don't currently have an automated alert system to let you know when an item is due back in stock.
A pre-order is a title which hasn't yet been released by the Publisher. We state the publishing date on every webpage.
Your order will be shipped just before or on the release date stated.
Please Take Note, we do not accept returns or exhances with international orders.
Readers Warehouse does not collect duties or taxes on the completion of order. Should there be any duties or taxes the receiver will be liable to pay these fees on receipt of order.
Please refer to your local tax authorities on any expected fee’s in your local states or country.
Fedex is our preferred courier for shipping all orders. Currently we make use of International Priority service which allows us to deliver parcels to your doorstep within 2- 7 working days.
This is a tracked service and once your order is dispatched you will receive a track and trace number which you may track on the www.fedex.com website.
Shipping rates are determined by weight of the product.Shipping rates for the United Kingdom start from R129 and the USA from R149 and may vary depending on how many products are added.Should you want to place a bulk order please contact us on email@example.com to quote you on shipping.
We make use of Payfast.co.za to receive payments for local and international orders. Payfast offer fast and secure online payments and is a leading payment gateway in South Africa.
