Once your order is complete and has arrived at your chosen Reader's Warehouse store, one of our friendly book enthusiasts will be in touch.

Please take note that we will only hold your order for a period of 1 MONTH at your selected store.  If you haven't collected after 1 month, it will be returned to the head office, and your account will be credited with the amount of your order. 

NB:  If you decide to have your order couriered to you after it's been delivered to your chosen store for pick-up,  you will be charged an additional courier fee.
