I love this product.

I received the felt mat within one week after ordering and is very pleased with it. We are excited to start with our first puzzle. It is big enough to fit a 3000 piece and I think the closing mechanism of rolling it around the hard carton rolls is genius. Haven't tried it yet though.... A little scared that some of the pieces might fall out, but I guess you just need to tighten the bands around the edges to make sure that does not happen. Thank you for your excellent service in exchanging my books...

Fantastic idea

Dissatisfied

Thin, flimsy, wrinkled piece of felt with a piece of black elastic. Trying to return the product but not receiving a response to my email.
