More than a month after reading your book, your story has stayed with me. I have thought about it on more than one occasion as I go through my normal daily life. It is a story of struggle and torment that I wished I could wipe away as I followed your journey. It felt so unfair that you had to endure all of it and that there was so little help for a child. However it is indeed also a story of hope. Hope that I can do better, take better note of those around me, and pay more attention to my own children. I am amazed by your will, strength and grace. You have truly overcome and shown us all it can be done, with the right attitude and the right people crossing your path.
